How is Rasiya different from a rented automation platform?
A rented platform gives you rule-based automations that run on the vendor's terms and stop when the contract ends. Rasiya builds agents inside your own environment. They reason through edge cases, write back to your systems and stay yours, with no vendor lock-in.
How do I connect an integration to Rasiya?
During the build, we connect each system through its native API or an MCP, scoped to least-privilege access inside your environment. You keep the keys, and every call is written to an audit trail.
How does pricing work for integrations?
Integrations aren't metered per connection. They're part of the owned build: one build fee, scoped on your audit call against what the same capacity would cost you in people. You own the result.
What can Rasiya do once integrations are connected?
Agents read live data, act and write back: answering enquiries, matching invoices, checking contracts, routing approvals and reporting to leadership. Everything is visible in Mission Control, one view you own. Your team keeps the exceptions.
What are Knowledge Hubs, and how do they relate to integrations?
Knowledge Hubs are the owned memory of your operation: policies, SOPs, approval rules and edge cases that agents read from. Integrations feed them live data. The Hubs keep agents working in your tone and within your policies as the business changes.
Which integrations does Rasiya support out of the box?
CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), customer operations (Zendesk, Intercom, Twilio), documents (DocuSign, Notion), collaboration (Microsoft 365, Slack), payments (Stripe) and data and cloud (Airtable, Supabase, Google Sheets, AWS, Google Cloud, GitHub). Your ERP, HR system and anything else outside that list is connected during the build through its API or a custom MCP connector.
Do integrations run in my cloud or on Rasiya servers?
In your cloud. Agents call your systems from infrastructure you control: your AWS or Google Cloud account, your keys, your region. Rasiya doesn't hold a copy of your customer data or run integrations on shared vendor infrastructure. Model inference uses Anthropic Claude only.
How long does it take to wire up integrations?
Most builds connect the core systems within the first week. Complex multi-system flows are scoped on the audit call and written into the build spec before development starts, so you know what ships on day seven.
Can agents write back to my systems, or only read?
Both. Two-way sync is the default. Agents update tickets in Zendesk, records in Salesforce and rows in Airtable, and post briefs to Slack, always within the permissions you approve before deployment.
What happens if an integration API changes?
The code lives in your repository, so your team, or Rasiya under maintenance, can update a connector without waiting on a vendor. Changes ship as reviewed pull requests, with rollback steps documented in your runbook.
How are integration credentials secured?
Credentials sit in your cloud secret manager, scoped per agent and per integration with least-privilege access. No secrets in code, and no standing Rasiya access after handover unless you grant it under maintenance.
Can I add new integrations after the initial build?
Yes. New systems are added as scoped connectors in your repository, with the same audit trail and the same approval rules. You can start with one department and expand from there.
Deployed. Owned. Anchored.
