The AI A-team,based in Dubai.
We put AI into production inside your company, keep it running until it delivers, and hand you the keys.
The name says how we build. Rasiya (راسية) is Arabic for firmly grounded, the word for a ship at anchor.
Most enterprise AI stops at the pilot. A platform gets rented by the seat, a consultancy writes the roadmap, and once the system has to run, nobody is accountable for it.
We take that part. The keys are the code, the infrastructure and the runbooks, inside your environment and under your control.
LeadershipOwnership is the product. And the job.
Designs the builds and writes the standards every agent ships against. The architecture decisions on this site are his.
Independent by design.Funded by builds.
No venture capital and no platform to push. We get paid for systems that run, so that's all we sell.
CareersThe people you meet build it.
Rasiya has grown past forty people, and we hire only people who have shipped to production. Every engagement is built and run by the team you meet on the first call. No cover letters. Send something you built.
