What happens during a Rasiya audit call?
A 30-minute working session with a Rasiya operator. We map your workflows, identify where agents remove busywork, weigh a build against what the same capacity would cost you in people, and tell you honestly whether Rasiya is the right fit.
Is the audit call really free?
Yes. No credit card, no obligation. We would rather spend 30 minutes telling you the truth than close a bad-fit deal. If we are not right for you, we say so on the call.
Who will I speak with on the call?
An operator from the Rasiya team — typically a founder or senior builder from our Dubai team. Consultants and account executives do not run audit calls.
What should I prepare before the audit call?
Know your busiest department, the systems it runs on, and what the same capacity would cost you in people. Optional: one workflow that breaks every week. That is enough for a useful session.
How long until I get a build recommendation?
You leave the call with a verdict: build, wait, or not a fit. If we proceed, you receive a scoped build spec within days — agents, integrations, timeline, and investment.
Can I book for my whole leadership team?
Yes. Add colleagues to the Calendly booking or forward the invite. Operations, finance, IT and compliance leads often join, so we map cross-department impact in one session.

Against what the same capacity would cost you in people. We scope a one-time build you own outright and quote in AED or USD. Integrations, agents, and Mission Control are included, with no per-seat licences.
What timezone are audit calls available in?
Slots cover Gulf business hours from Dubai. Calendly shows times in your local timezone automatically.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Calendly sends confirmation with reschedule and cancel links. No penalty for moving a slot.
What happens after a positive audit call?
You receive a build specification: agent permissions, data flows, integrations, approval rails, and timeline. Both parties sign before development starts. Most builds go live within one week.
